Off to the races. We’ve been many places.
Eternal landscapes - erase the faces.
Me against the world that’s all my creation.
Deep meditation…
Separate the space in between the lines
Dimensions are defined
By the limits of the mind.
Truth coincides with what the soul finds.
Never to be found ‘cause it’s all inside.
Expand the confines. Confide in your spirit.
Universal Beings radiate love.
Can you feel it?

Drifting along the stream in the garden of my mind
what matters is not in motion,
rather what is at rest.
The fabrics of existence are weaved in intricate patterns
of which can be seen as signs
while we voyage through space
on this third rock that circles
in an elliptical manner around the sun.
Solar. Soular. Energy. In our ch’i.
Listening to the song of love,
I give my self to you whether WE accept it or not.
Embrace. Erase. Replace hate. Agitate.
rearrange for a positive change.
Love struck the butterfly and stung like a bee.
Walk the fine line, assuring that both sides you see.
Balance beams of light. Reflect and resurrect beauty,
personified in you am I - love!

Manifested Realizations of Meditation

During the course of meditation, it is perfectly normal for one’s attention to stray from the original intention of the meditation. Through the repeated pattern of refocusing one’s attention, several realizations will manifest - seven of the realizations are expressed below*:

1) One will realize that thoughts and emotions are not permanent. They are merely passing moments in our mind and body. It is not necessary that these passing moments leave a lasting imprint.

2) Once we awaken to the eternal now and remain open to all that is, the extreme fluctuations in our emotional response to the happenings of life will begin to subside. This is the optimal state of living in balance.

3) One will also realize that when our thoughts are focused on something other than the objects of fear, hate or worry – these negative emotions cease to exist.

4) We have the distinct ability to choose our thoughts. So, replacing worrisome, hateful thoughts with positive, loving and peaceful thoughts one will inevitably manifest a healthier, balanced emotional well-being.

5) It may seem that overcoming our emotions is rather unbearable. However, even the most gut-wrenching emotion is manageable.

6) If we place the focus on the physical sensations of our body rather than the emotional response produced by the content of one’s thought, we will be able to ease the strain more successfully.

7) Over time, we are able to overcome the negative, habitual patterns of thought and perception as awareness of them is increased.

From here to eternity sharing the breath of life
Walking on water; wash over me.
Watching the seed flourish from afar,
I wait. I wonder. I will.
Whispering wisdom, how sweet the sound…
Amazing grace –
Accept this world,
As it accepts us.
Walk in the winds returning to truth.
The palace in the sky
Has its roots in the eternal now.
Forever is a second with you.
Timeless. Selfless. Mindless
Endless…

IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU – YES, YOU!

What happens when we search in every direction for an answer, only to find that we exhaust ourselves in the quest for personal happiness and wellbeing? Why do we point to others, as well as, supplementary factors to place blame for the “disconnect” we find in our lives?

360five founder and Author John Stuart has answered these questions in “It All Begins with You”. Stuart’s influential piece introduces an insightful dissertation on the most important yet forgotten person in your life – YOU! With years of experience and personal devotion, Stuart immersed himself into an understanding that we are in control of our tomorrow.

A positive perspective on life is one of the most precious gifts that a person can ever expect to be blessed with. This book is the true outward expression of John Stuart’s evolutionary life work. His insight resonates with all age groups. John Stuart says, “This is a book for everyone, at every stage of their life.” There is no doubt that John Stuart’s message of positivity has a solid sense of place with the younger generation, as he has a masterful ability to motivate and connect with them on their unique level. However, Stuart has also fostered a strong following with the 35 to 50+ age group. Make no mistake, this is not the usual “live and learn” book. Even the most hard core ‘self-help’ junkies will find this work to be exceptionally captivating.

“John Stuart is a GIFT. The message he shares in “It All Begins With You” is EMPOWERING and RELEVANT. This is subject matter for ALL AGES! Parents: read this to your children! Children: read this to your parents! John Stuart’s words and intention cut through spiritual and emotional barriers, leaving a source of UNDENIABLE WISDOM that all can return to, time and again. There is no truer TRUTH than to know how and why IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU!” -Rev. Rosemarie Leslie

Reverend Leslie is an ordained minister and spiritual life coach in South Florida. Together with her husband, she has written three children’s books and has collaborated with numerous authors to spread a message of emotional and spiritual wellness.

Stuart’s book hit the shelves in early August of this year, and continues to assist people in finding their own inspiration toward health, wealth and wisdom. Stuart will be appearing at area venues and exhibitions; to contact the author, or for more information, visit: www.360five.com.

“Don’t Get Lost in Translation: December is Spiritual Literacy Month”
By John Stuart

With the events that are arising, globally, many people are beginning to make the shift to understand spiritual consciousness and connectedness. We are just, now, coming into our global awareness with the advent of internet, satellite and other global communications technology. On a personal level, our awareness is expanding exponentially. How can we make sense of all this, especially with our varying views on religion and spirituality? Equality is a global, moreover, a universal issue. At the same time, personal freedom is an intimate experience. These cannot be forfeited. Our personal pursuit of spiritual identity and connection is one that has many paths. The choice is adopting which one that resonates most with our personality and the core of our being while accepting that there are other paths just as equal as our own. A principle of harmonious accord is that as long as we do not infringe mentally, physically or spiritually upon another being, we can live in harmony with each other.

Most of the religious texts share the principle of oneness and offer guidance for wholesome living. December is a month that celebrates spirituality and religion in all its glory. However, the meaning has been somewhat drowned in commercialization. If there is one gift that we can give, let us give one to our self. If we take care of and give to our self without being selfish; we will share that love in return, unconditionally. This is the spirit of the holidays. This is the essence of spirituality – connecting to the gift of life, living and all that is. We share in this journey together; let’s walk our path holding hands knowing and believing that we also share the same destination. Again, the path we choose is a personal and intimate experience. Instead of blocking the road, we can share in the joy of our adventures and the fruits of our labor. Celebrate life and appreciate choice. “Seek and ye shall find.” Matthew 7:7

Beyond the call of duty,

Waltzing this call to action.

Controlling the issue of

power struggles.

March silently.

Resolution:

show and prove.

God’s within;

So I fall into you.

Universal love -

breathing light.

The color of tempo -

golden solitude.

Day dreaming –

Sleep-walking.

Can i walk with you?

I am ready.

The table rests

in the palm of my hands.
