Swept away by the peace within
The light of the spirit – the well of energy.
A drop transverberates
Night into day; an implosion of singularity.
Wholeness, indivisible.
Sacred harmony through wind and water.
Fluid – perfect peace.

Vibrating melodies of cordial progression
From where does the energy come?
Primitive chants move my soul.
The inner eye rises from the mist
a soul kiss to hold.
Pause for a breath in countless time,
a complicated performance.
Acts of words is a job to many.
The few are those who knew.
World order would eventually balance.
Words without sounds rarefied,
Compressed to form a wave of sonic bliss.
Reminisce of days glorified.
Mystified, i wonder. Eyes wander.
In stereo. In stereo.
Pulling through the air port,
supporting casts of lovers in love
Traveling different places in my mind.
Time to store the pages, face the facts.
Relax to reactions - signs of the time.
Code of the souls, answers lack
Sense and sensibility, pride and privity.
The feeling connected worlds beyond.
Linked into a well of beauty, peace and truth
Believe in the notion, regarding proof -
Illuminated reality brightens the horizon
Soothe me. Remove me. Move me.
Elevator up - 3 dimensions and climbing
A new year - every note - new hope.
Detach, Be. Leave. Present. Life.
Vibrating melodies of cordial progression.

Changing our Expectations
Changing Our Expectations
Before we even engage in interpersonal communication our mind has been framed with a predisposed imprint of one’s identity. Our perception of what we see often determines the outcome. In essence, what we think about is what we become. We manifest our individual reality while having a profound affect on all else in the universe. We are truly interconnected through energetic transfer on multiple levels – mental, spiritual and physical. While each is unique in its own way, each is of the same core energy. Each attains a specific energy to maintain balance. Enlightenment is not being perfect – it is achieving balance. Enlightenment is not being invisible or even illuminated; it is being visible and essential. Feel the energy of life without fear. Being in touch with the universe shows we are listening. Be who you are with no worries.

Medication
Engrossed in the moment, colors appear as patches of static
Patchwork interspersed - no need to look back.
Like a still lake, the future rests upon the shifting winds
The beat of the moon drums rhythmic waves
The passing storm soon fades like a glorious sunset
An eternal bliss reflecting many colours
Contemplating timelines and wave forms, now and then
Comes a union of truth - a sermon in symbols.
Commitment to a life of love in balance, harmoniously
In tune with celestial equanimity, let’s breathe.
Trust simplicity. Karma. Prayer. Mecca. Divination
dividing nations. Live. Love. Laugh.

How to Balance a Deficit
There is no question in my mind that we are in a position where our choice is playing such a significant role in the outcome of the greater good. With communication being instantaneous in this day and age, our thoughts are almost instantly transmitted via technology. Our technological advances have allowed us to simulate the transmission of thoughts the world over. The perception of the ‘global community’ is becoming more and more real as the days roll to the next. Our connection to each other is now limited to the ability to connect to the internet. We are all connected via thought just as we are connected to the world wide web.
Knowledge is power; and with great power comes supreme accountability. Supreme accountability is where power is balanced by its knowledge of power. We live, physically, in linear time. Whereas, our perception of time radiates 360°, in all directions; we walk on a parallel path sharing each moment in time and every position in space.
With choice comes great responsibility. Our freedom of choice is limited by our individual, personal freedoms in the physical world. Restricting choice is counterproductive in the physical world, because it contradicts the holistic reality of the world we live in. When we think for a moment that our choice doesn’t effect the greater good, we reflect and realize our perception is a choice. Choice is a learned pattern based on experience. Our experiences shape the physical world, whereas thoughts create our choices. What we habitually think about becomes real based on the choices we have made.
Good choices are those that create truth and balance with little restriction. Truth is reached where the no constriction on choice.

Habitual Thnking
What are you thinking right at this very moment? Is your complete attention focused on what is written? Are you also thinking of the work that needs to get done? There is probably even a thought of just skimming through this message. Maybe, there’s not even time to finish reading it because there is so much that needs to get done. Hmmmm… anyway, what are you really thinking about at this very moment?
This is just a glimpse into how unrooted we are with our lives. Things really aren’t intended to be as complicated as we make them. If just for a moment, we could… yes, stop time. Since time is a thought; something that we have created in our mind – our mind must then be able to mute the thought and suspend time. Mindful living is a chore and it is understandable that it is the road less traveled. However, as with anything ‘thought-driven’, the dominating thought becomes manifested – even habitual.
Many of us are caught in a cycle of negative messages habitually learned over time. It is only until we create a new thought process and learn it, that the prior habit can be ‘broken’. This is the evolution of thought and how the mind is connected with the spirit.

let it. be
Multiple dimensions, crossing the divide
Rhythm and harmony, side by side.
What sings, screams with possibility
Resting, taking notes eternally.
On and on, we continue in circular motion
Standing in line, running in spaces.
Thought patterns erased,
Magic potion.
Bridging gaps, swallowing pride
Inside, outside; it’s time.
No restraint; no confines.
Breathe and believe; wake up and smile.
A step with reverence; balance
Allow in; freedom and desire.
Admire; inspire expansion continuously
Seriously, all directions simultaneously.

Love Being Me.
A deep insight into the soul of life
Rhythmic patterns permeate the whole in light
Another level elevated to balance all that’s right.
Might versus might just might be the plight
That ignites the fire’s telescopic sight
Fight or flight – the American blight.
Be is the answer. Be. Leave your self.
Quest in. Be in your human flesh.
Expand outside the shell. Tune in to be out.
Engage the frequency; no doubt.
Transcending all senses, you are the air
We breathe. Love, life and laughter.
Touched. See what others choose not to see.
Success tastes like the difference of normalcy.
Embracing beauty, once again. Change is parallel
To truth, simplicity; heaven and hell.
Be what you want to be. Be what you are, intrinsically.
Love every essence; mentally, physically, spiritually.
