Every March, thousands make the journey to the Mecca of Dance Music on South Beach, Miami for the Winter Music Conference. The creative energy that radiates from the city can be rather overwhelming at first - everything seems much larger than life. There is so much going on at any given moment. One can dance anywhere at anytime for any reason – this is the energy music embraces. My word for the week was ‘perfect’. The flow was pure and consistent. Our love of the music is unquestionable. Yet, we realize the music sounds so much better with YOU. The egos were swept to the side as we understood that we’ve been brought together for a definite purpose. All the pieces were coming together, one at a time, perfectly in place.

This year I stepped back from the DJ/producer/music industry biz and embraced an attitude of gratitude. My intent was to celebrate life and experience it with others who shared the same energy. What I witnessed was something beyond beautiful. There were complete transformations happening before my eyes. I could see it in their eyes. I could feel it in their touch. It was like we were all sitting on top of the world holding hands via the strings of life – music. There were new faces, familiar souls; there were rekindled bonds reformed without control. It was love without condition. I love and live for days like these. Celebrating life and sharing the experience with people the world over. This year, I feel that an alliance formed. The shift, often spoke of in spiritual circles, is in overdrive. Hold on, but let your arms and legs go =) We all need… good times!

During the course of meditation, it is perfectly normal for one’s attention to stray from the original intention of the meditation. Through the repeated pattern of refocusing one’s attention, several realizations will manifest - seven of the realizations are expressed below*:

1) One will realize that thoughts and emotions are not permanent. They are merely passing moments in our mind and body. It is not necessary that these passing moments leave a lasting imprint.

2) Once we awaken to the eternal now and remain open to all that is, the extreme fluctuations in our emotional response to the happenings of life will begin to subside. This is the optimal state of living in balance.

3) One will also realize that when our thoughts are focused on something other than the objects of fear, hate or worry – these negative emotions cease to exist.

4) We have the distinct ability to choose our thoughts. So, replacing worrisome, hateful thoughts with positive, loving and peaceful thoughts one will inevitably manifest a healthier, balanced emotional well-being.

5) It may seem that overcoming our emotions is rather unbearable. However, even the most gut-wrenching emotion is manageable.

6) If we place the focus on the physical sensations of our body rather than the emotional response produced by the content of one’s thought, we will be able to ease the strain more successfully.

7) Over time, we are able to overcome the negative, habitual patterns of thought and perception as awareness of them is increased.

“Don’t Get Lost in Translation: December is Spiritual Literacy Month”

With the events that are arising, globally, many people are beginning to make the shift to understand spiritual consciousness and connectedness. We are just, now, coming into our global awareness with the advent of internet, satellite and other global communications technology. On a personal level, our awareness is expanding exponentially. How can we make sense of all this, especially with our varying views on religion and spirituality? Equality is a global, moreover, a universal issue. At the same time, personal freedom is an intimate experience. These cannot be forfeited. Our personal pursuit of spiritual identity and connection is one that has many paths. The choice is adopting which one that resonates most with our personality and the core of our being while accepting that there are other paths just as equal as our own. A principle of harmonious accord is that as long as we do not infringe mentally, physically or spiritually upon another being, we can live in harmony with each other.

Most of the religious texts share the principle of oneness and offer guidance for wholesome living. December is a month that celebrates spirituality and religion in all its glory. However, the meaning has been somewhat drowned in commercialization. If there is one gift that we can give, let us give one to our self. If we take care of and give to our self without being selfish; we will share that love in return, unconditionally. This is the spirit of the holidays. This is the essence of spirituality – connecting to the gift of life, living and all that is. Are we appreciating what is naturally real? We have nearly synthesized everything. What more can we simulate? Are we attempting to tempt fate? If we continue, we will create ourselves into extinction. Not all of which we create is destructive, however we are pushing the extremes.

How we wish to grow is a personal choice. I don’t think that we give ourselves enough credit. For too long we have thought of ourselves as infinitesimal and unable to effect change on a global level. It’s time to rise to the occasion. It’s really just accepting the realities of our choices. If we choose not to be consciously aware of the effects of our choices, we leave much to chance. Chance is when we close our eyes and roll the dice hoping to receive a 7 or 11. In life, there’s too much to be left to chance. With that being said, when we are consciously aware of our choices, miracles begin to happen – so much that it’s too much to be considered chance. We have the choice to believe in these little miracles. We have the ability to choose what we want to manifest in our life. It is about making the choice to believe. Belief is a personal experience and part of a collective meme. What would it take for our global culture to evolve to an understanding, appreciative, tolerant and respectful global community? As Gandhi so eloquently stated, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Recognize how your body reacts to the stressors of life. Our body recognizes stress prior to our conscious mind. Therefore, the more proficient we are at picking up on the body’s physical reaction; the quicker we are able to reduce the impact of the stressor. This will also create a much stronger mind/body connection.

An exercise that promotes this mind/body awareness is Body Scanning. I find this most effective to practice at night before retiring to sleep. It is a great way to tune in and relax.

With your eyes closed, scans your body from head to toe (starting at the toes) for areas of tension. As you scan your body, pay attention to any area that is tense. It may sound a little weird, but ask yourself - “Are my feet tense? Are my ankles tense? Are my calves tense?” This strengthens the connection between your mind and body (especially if this is new to you) to the specific area mentioned. Once a specific area of tension is identified, amplify the tension (with your mind) slightly; becoming fully aware of its existence while making a mental note that all tension is self-produced. Is there any event/situation in your life that could be causing the tension? Be mindful of any necessary steps that will reduce the tension/stress. Do not spend too much time on one specific area; just be mindful of the area of stress/tension and continue until you have scanned your full body.

Love’s gift is to strip away a lifetime of imprints in the psyche that
condition us to believe in separateness, returning us to the reality

With my head held up high, I walk this road meeting strangers along
the way whom have taught me who I am, where I am going, how it
should be, what is going on, and why it all is. Greeting these
strangers,they are not ’strange’. They are just as I, travelling.
Some may be waiting, walking, falling, running, flying, floating but
they are my passengers, as I am theirs. Walking with my head up
high, i pay homage to the terrain that comes underneath my feet, i
welcome the weather that surrounds my being, and open my arms to the
challenges that present themselves to me. Do I bring about the
challenges because i open myself to them? Or rather do I overcome
them because of the awareness that they are there and the
willingness to suffer through them to gain the knowledge in order to
pass on to the next page? Is it in applying the knowledge of the
experience that the lesson is learned allowing the onward
transcension to the next chapter? I believe. Therefore, I be…
and leave. Along the travels, I share with those that I come in
contact with what I believe as well as absorbing the wealth of
knowledge that each individual and situation brings. Thus, allowing
an equal exchange of energy. See, it is not what others do for us
or what we can do for others. It just is… balance. How can I
continue to walk if I am off balance? I stop to rest… meditate…
breath… inhale the universal life force and exhale the imbalance.
I wake from a mental state. I rise on up and walk…. walk… i
just keep walking… but most of all, I shine my light and a leave

There is such beauty to be found at every twist, turn, dive,
bottleneck, and/or potential roadblock. What we may perceive to be a
`potential’ negative situation may be exactly what is necessary for
us to be there for us to change our perception. Lost? If we continue
perceiving the same circumstance in a specific manner, we will
continue to receive the same outcome (more often than not). It is
not the situation that must change; it is our perception of that
situation that must change. Our attitude, our outlook, our view, our

There is something soooo magical about sharing love with those you
know, moreover those you may not. More often than not we tend to
hold the love we have for others within. Share it. Be open about

Changing Our Expectations

Before we even engage in interpersonal communication our mind has been framed with a predisposed imprint of one’s identity. Our perception of what we see often determines the outcome. In essence, what we think about is what we become. We manifest our individual reality while having a profound affect on all else in the universe. We are truly interconnected through energetic transfer on multiple levels – mental, spiritual and physical. While each is unique in its own way, each is of the same core energy. Each attains a specific energy to maintain balance. Enlightenment is not being perfect – it is achieving balance. There is no question in my mind that we are in a position where our choice is playing such a significant role in the outcome of the greater good. With communication being instantaneous in this day and age, our thoughts are almost instantly transmitted via technology. Our technological advances have allowed us to simulate the transmission of thoughts the world over. The perception of the ‘global community’ is becoming more and more real as the days roll to the next. Our connection to each other is now limited to the ability to connect to the internet. We are all connected via thought just as we are connected to the world wide web.

Knowledge is power; and with great power comes supreme accountability. Supreme accountability is where power is balanced by its knowledge of power. We live, physically, in linear time. Whereas, our perception of time radiates 360°, in all directions; we walk on a parallel path sharing each moment in time and every position in space.

With choice comes great responsibility. Our freedom of choice is limited by our individual, personal freedoms in the physical world. Restricting choice is counterproductive in the physical world, because it contradicts the holistic reality of the world we live in. When we think for a moment that our choice doesn’t effect the greater good, we reflect and realize our perception is a choice. Choice is a learned pattern based on experience. Our experiences shape the physical world, whereas thoughts create our choices. What we habitually think about becomes real based on the choices we have made.

Good choices are those that create truth and balance with little restriction. Truth is reached where the no constriction on choice.

There is probably even a thought of just skimming through this message. Maybe, there’s not even time to finish reading it because there is so much that needs to get done. Hmmmm… anyway, what are you really thinking about at this very moment?

This is just a glimpse into how unrooted we are with our lives. Things really aren’t intended to be as complicated as we make them. If just for a moment, we could… yes, stop time. Since time is a thought; something that we have created in our mind – our mind must then be able to mute the thought and suspend time. Mindful living is a chore and it is understandable that it is the road less traveled. However, as with anything ‘thought-driven’, the dominating thought becomes manifested – even habitual.

Many of us are caught in a cycle of negative messages habitually learned over time. It is only until we create a new thought process and learn it, that the prior habit can be ‘broken’. This is the evolution of thought and how the mind is connected with the spirit.

Whether we want it or not, change is going to happen. It is happening now. At this very moment, change is taking place. What that change is, is a choice we are responsible for. We have a direct effect on the outcome of the events around us. It seems that we may not, however it is a single thought that contains the ‘power’ of many. That power is determined by the most amplified thought resonating at the same frequency. Essentially, the dominant thought is not necessarily the most popular choice of the ‘many’, rather it is the power of the individual energy in agreement with each other. Therefore, the greatest magnitude of power is at one. How we choose to come to that agreement is a choice that we have to make. A choice made with complete trust that the outcome will bring unconditional love and happiness. Unconditional love is the emotional product of trust.

One of the greatest things that we can do for our self is develop trust. Trust is essential to belief. Once we have a strong belief system, we elevate to a higher state of consciousness. Imagine if we were all living to our maximum potential. What a high that would be! We would be in a constant state of balance. Our conflict resolution time would be reduced to a matter of seconds. It would be second nature. The term ‘second nature’ is true in the sense that what we perceive as nature is our definition of nature itself. At the point it is an innate characteristic of our being, what is ‘second nature’ will become natural. Understanding our position on nature will guide is to learning the truth and trusting that there is ‘something’ to believe in. That ‘nothing’ will bring us ‘every thing’. Trust is an essential element in our evolution. Can you say without justification that you fully trust? We must join together and assist each other in order for this to manifest. There is no doubt, trust.

A beautiful place I once dreamed of is here. This place is right here, right now. Being in the moment and breathing the essence of the moment is the cure to restlessness, wandering thoughts and negative space. The power of the breath should not be underestimated. It is the ebb and flow. It is the balance in duality. It is the simple things that are most powerful. That which is overlooked is usually the root of all stress. Focus and be patient for success lies on its hinges.

What is this change that we are so desperate to attain? Change has become a buzzword across the planet. It is the major rallying point for all cultures and sub-cultures. So, what is it that WE are ALL looking and living for? The change is peace. The change is balance. It truly is simplicity in its purest form. What we are looking for is really not that much and not even that difficult to attain. We are making much more difficult than it is. It’s really only our fear that holds us back. It’s not easy to put in all your chips and trust that as a collective we are all going to do the same. How vulnerable we all would be! It is this vulnerability that is letting go. This is allowing our self to hold no judgment. We all know that this must happen or we are headed on a path of destruction, so why hold back. What else is there to lose?

The future we are awaiting is right here, right now. The change we so desire is happening with each breath we take. We are the future. We are the change. We are not only the noun; we are also the verb. Now is all we have to live for. Let’s let all of the past, lay to rest. Our past is what led us to this very moment and in this moment, we all want a peace of mind.

Don’t let another person be the reason or cause for change; moreover don’t let them dictate yours. This change is a very personal one. In order for the change to occur that we all wish for, we have to accept that it is US that has to change. That change is me. That change is you. That change is each and every person. There is nothing to it, but to do it. Do you, personally, think that you can make that change? Are you willing to make that change? WE have to BE the change; WE ARE the change. The love I have cannot be contained. 360five is me and I am 360five. 360five is all things, all ways… everyday. It is the loving appreciation for all that is; in every way imaginable at all times. At times, I wonder if we all just stopped for a moment to realize that there isn’t much that separates us from each other. It is an insecurity and lack of trust not only in what we fear, but also in our self. There is too much to live for and too much to value, but never enough to love. We have so much to discover about our self. The duality of that is we have the ability to understand that but the consciousness to become egotistic. We are the future. This is the future. We do not need to look any further than where we are. As long as we keep looking for something, we will never find what we are looking for. We must welcome the future and be the future in the present.

So, what is this revolution? This revolution is a response to the generation that created us. This is what we all are looking for. This is what we all search deeper for. This is what we have been waiting for. This is what we all have prayed for. This is what we all have lived for. This is what we all hear. This is what we all see. This is what we have been hungry for. Feast or famine is not how is has to be. However, this is about focusing not on the ‘knots’. This is what we love. This is a breath of fresh air.

There is a revolution going on but one that is unspoken. We are growing exponentially internally. Time is not far off when unity shall emerge from the depths of our existence. Hope will give way to belief. Faith will mean more than religious advocacy or a source of spiritual desperation. Religion will cease to be the power struggle of common belief rather beliefs will be the rescuer of a sinking ship. Love will be accepted where hate is understood. Holding hands and silent wishes.

Never lose the focus of your path. The path you are on is one of love. Life is all about loving.

We have a choice on how to live our life and that is either to love it or leave it. Most of us do not realize the passion that exists within us for we choose not to accept our unrelenting will to live. Each day we rise from our dreams with a hope that we turn reality into a dream. The reality is that our life is thoughts that give way to dreams. The thoughts we choose to think repeatedly about either manifest as a miracle or a nightmare. We all share the capability of making choices. What we need is - to be on the path of common choices. Once are thoughts resonate on the same frequency, harmony will be amplified. We have the choice to be equal and opposite or balanced.

The choice truly is ours and we have the ability to create a future of peace and love. There is no question. It simply comes down to action and accepting that we are all on the same path.

Fear has overcome us for quite a long time. First feared the world we entered, for our survival, our place in the world, our purpose, feared others, our leaders, our enemies, the above, the below, and above all else – we have feared our self. Being a complex being, we are constantly making an effort to remain balanced. The only resistance is that which we create and/or manifest. Is being balanced - death or enlightenment? The truth is that balance requires no thing. Balance is being detached yet connected. Balance is a sense of humor, seriously. Balance is being simple in complex situations. Balance is finding love in an empty space. Balance is accepting hate. Balance is believing, spiritually. Balance is being grounded while soaring to new heights. Balance is nature’s embrace.

What makes 360five is everything. I know that is a broad statement, however it is extremely difficult to narrow it down. The only way that I could narrow it down is 360five is YOU. 360five is every thing. So many people have asked what it represents and in one word - unity. You and I cross, why? At the vertex of that segment is the vortex from which we all are connected - all ways, every day. That is the essence of 360five. I can’t express how much each individual I come across inspires me to share my message of unity and understanding. For the past several days, I have been trying to update the website with a new CMS and have not been having luck one bit. There has been a lot of time spent trying to make this happen and to no avail. Soon, I promise. The 360five site will be in full force as soon as we can get these bugs fixed. Unfortunately, I am not the most savvy at this sort of thing. Over the years, I have been doing my very best at trying to deliver a web presence in the form that everyone deserves. Ashly and I found out today that we are having a girl! We are still taking it all in =)

Before we even engage in interpersonal communication, our mind has been framed with a predisposed imprint of one’s identity. Our perception of what we see often determines the outcome. In essence, what we think about is what becomes. We manifest our individual reality while having a profound affect on all else in the universe. We are truly interconnected through energetic transfer on multiple levels – mental, spiritual and physical. While each is unique in its own way, each is of the same core energy. Each attains a specific energy to maintain balance. Enlightenment is not being perfect – it is achieving balance. Enlightenment is not being invisible or even illuminated; it is being visible and essential. Feel the energy of life without fear. Being in touch with the universe shows we are listening. Be who you are with no worries.

360five will be hosting their first MonaVie tasting this weekend. I am really excited about the addition of MonaVie to the portfolio of products and services. We have been looking for the right products, the right purpose, the right values and MonaVie embraces that to the very core. Initially, I was a little leary about entering into a Relational Marketing (Network Marketing) venture, however after I let go of any labels - the picture was clear. This has nothing to do with ’selling’, nothing to do with trying to ’sign people up’ - this is sharing something I believe in, sharing a way of life, sharing health and wellness.

The website is going through some growing pains, as I have taken on doing the site myself for the time being. I believe it’s time to deliver the message. There is no need for it to be ‘prettied up’ or wrapped like a present. The present is now and it is a gift in itself. Sharing the present… love.

Another day confirming the rhythm of life is a neverending song that we choose all instruments and the audience. We can choose to dance to our music or watch from the outside.

It’s time for us to unite and come together as a whole. We need to come from a cool confidence that is unconditional. True peace can only be achieved if we release our fears and stand up for the greater good. Fighting only breeds a greater lack of trust. The issue that I find on so many levels is that we don’t want to ‘let go’. We struggle striving for an attachment to something whether it be relationships, religion, money, possessions, etc. This is how we have been taught to identify ourselves. Our constant search for our identity in the material world has produced some deep questions about our inner self. Progress hasn’t always led to progress.

There are some people that will resist this change. We just have to maintain the strength within and believe in our self. A selfless love has no condition, no restrain. The future that lies ahead may seem to be uncertain. Indeed, it is. One thing is certain, we are co-creating that future. What you believe, will be.

Take a moment to connect and really feel who you are. In all seriousness without any stress, pause for just a second and recognize the moment. Recognize how beautiful it is. The more you hold the moment, the more beauty increases and enters. Is it possible to stay at such an elevated mind state? That answer only a few know. Only a few have taken time and stopped it. This is when the universe reaches a greater understanding. This is when there is a cosmic shift. This is when a new paradigm enters the next dimension. This is when light shines on every single thing on this planet and beyond. How beautiful it is. This is the moment when balance is achieved and the mind sees all. Left to right. Inside and out. Front to back. 360°. Time ceases to exist. Everything is in accord. If you take care of self so does everything else. It is truly a magical moment. This is human radiation of cosmic truth. Belief just is. There is no explanation. There is no truth because there is no lie. Then you realize there are things to do. There is a life to live. Time is up. I suppose that there is definition of time. What is time to me could very well be suspended space to you. In this moment. Understanding is balance. Breathe and be well. This is confirmation of everyday living. This is who we are. All ways. Every day. Breathe in the moment with love and patience.

Believing. In the moment.

The rhythm of life is unquestionably music to my ears. Everything is resonating and in harmonious concert. This is the first day of the 360five journey of all ways, everday. I am so thankful for being able to share my visions, dreams and insights with the world. We have to release the fear of connecting with the world, moreover, the fear of connecting with our self. This is a defining moment and a commitment to living the life of love and service.

The website is not fully developed as there are some key elements to be added and some to be removed. All in all, i am confident with the direction it is growing. It is a work in progress. Continuous effort is the eternal adventure of maximizing one’s potential.
